About Me
I’m William Ericson, an Advertising and Branding student at the Savannah College of Art and Design pursuing a B.F.A. degree, along with minors in Business Collaboration and Business Management/Entrepreneurship. I bring over 5 years of professional experience in areas like marketing leadership, content creation, project management, and creative direction.
My passion for advertising and branding was sparked early on, inspired in part by my grandfather's successful Nashville agency. I've since pursued industry roles aligned with my creative interests and skill development.
My professional background includes serving as Marketing Director for Global Motorsports exotic car dealership, developing integrated digital and print campaigns leading to a 200%+ increase in customer conversions; Art Director and Graphics Lead for the City of Decatur’s Bicentennial Celebration, overseeing content creation and ensuring brand alignment across creative outputs; and member of handpicked student team collaborating with Adobe on a confidential project centered around AI technology and creative workflows.
I pride myself on leadership, attention to detail, and technical expertise across platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm certified in SCADamp, a development program for public speaking, as well as an Adobe Visual Design Professional.
As I prepare to graduate, I aspire to bring strategic thinking and creative vision to innovative companies making an impact through brand campaigns tailored to unique objectives. In my free time, you’ll find me gaming, producing music, or organizing events.
